About Me

I am a physicist, scientific consultant, and founder of HeronSpecs (est. Oct 2025), where I help scientists and technology professionals optimize their workflows through advanced lab and project management tools. My focus is on delivering structure, clarity and efficiency to research and engineering teams.

With a doctorate from the Max Planck Institute of Extraterrestrial Physics, I have built a strong foundation in experimental physics, molecular spectroscopy, and radio astronomy, publishing my research in some of the most renowned astrophysics journals and collaborating internationally with leading research teams.

Before founding HeronSpecs, I worked in industry as a technical project manager and product owner for cryogenic and optical microscopes, leading complex customer projects and supporting the development and optimization of high-tech systems such as vacuum shrouds and cryogenic components. My work bridged the gap between advanced engineering and strategic product management, ensuring technical excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Previously, I gained valuable experience as a patent engineer, where I successfully drafted patent applications in electron microscopy and other advanced technology fields. This role deepened my understanding of intellectual property documentation and sharpened my ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision.

Beyond technical expertise, I bring strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and multilingual coordination. Being half Greek and half German, and fluent in Greek, German, and English, I excel in working across cultures and managing projects with international partners.

Today, I combine my scientific background, hands-on product and project management skills, and clear communication style to support research organizations, innovative SMEs, and european consortia in achieving their goals — from strategic planning and technical documentation to workflow optimization and remote collaboration
